ICMI 2021 IS OFFICIALLY HYBRID!
It is official, ICMI will be hybrid. We are so excited to hold the meeting in Montreal with an in-person component. So far we are 315 registrations: 59 In-person, 193 Virtual participants and 63 Workshop only!
Download the ICMI 2021 Booklet (PDF) to learn more about the conference.
DEAR ICMI COMMUNITY,
We are thrilled to have the opportunity to see you in Montreal. After a
survey that most of you have completed, you expressed your desire to meet
in-person in Montreal. To accommodate our large community, we are planning
for a hybrid conference provided that we have enough registrations from the
community for an in-person event. The conference will happen both
physically in Montreal in the beautiful Old Port and virtually, giving the
opportunity to connect to all of you that won’t be able to make it to
Montreal. Please register as soon as possible to help us confirm our
in-person plans. The deadline for early registration is September 20. We
will confirm our hybrid approach after the early registration after knowing
how many people have registered to participate in person. We expect to
communicate the final decision on September 21 or before if we reach enough
in person registrations before that date. The conference hotel will
reimburse any cancelled reservation 72h before the reservation/arrival date
without penalty.
