Welcome Reception

Buses to the reception will depart from Hotel Meliá at 18:45h.

On the evening of Monday 14th the official reception will take place at the Santa Barbara fortress. We will have a guided tour through the castle for about 45 minutes. The fortress lies on top of mount Benacantil (166m high) and offers splendid views over the harbour, the city and the coastal line. Built by the Muslims in the 9th century, it was redesigned around 1580.

Tuesday, November 15, 20:00h 19:40 - Meeting point at the hotel Conference dinner will be at the restaurant "Aldebaran" (Club de regatas de Alicante) close to the marina of Alicante.
