Presentation guidelines

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

All oral presentations have been given a 20 minute slot (including equipment connection, introduction of the presenter, and talk), with 5 additional minutes for questions. [The special session on Brain-Computer Interactions contains two short talks of 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions]

All presenters need to verify that their presentation equipment works properly by contacting their session chair during the coffee break preceding the session.

Special session presentations will be given instructions by the session organizers.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Authors will have available a panel of size 1.1 meters wide by 1.5 meters tall for their poster.

The recommended poster size is A0, portrait size: width 841 mm (33.1 inches), height 1189 mm (46.8 inches).
