Visa Request Letter

If you are in need of a visa support letter to attend ICMI 2018, please email a request to supportletters@acm.org. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive it. All requests are handled in the order they are received. Please provide the following information in your request:

• Name (as it appears on your passport) and mailing address;
• The name of the conference: ICMI 2018 20th ACM International Conference on Multimodal Interaction;
• Your registration confirmation number;
• Authors may indicate their paper title; Speakers can provide the title of their talk;
• Fax number or email address of where the letter can be sent.
