ICMI-2012 conference and workshops will be held at the
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Santa Monica in California, USA. It is walking distance from Santa Monica Beach and the Third Street Promenade with easy access to Los Angeles Airport, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Century City, Malibu and Hollywood.

The Doubletree hotel offers over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. The main conference will be in the Marquee Ballroom, with sheer covered floor-to-ceiling windows, which can accommodate up to 150 participants. The workshops will be held in small conference room, each accommodating up to 40 participants. The main conference venue and workshops will be setup in a “classroom” fashion (see picture) with tables and chairs.
