The details of arrangement for on-site registration are

Important Information for Authors:
Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered by the advance registration deadline as a non-student before Oct. 14, 2010, for the paper to be included in the final conference program and the proceedings. In order to get the Visa to China in time, please register as earlier as possible.

* Oct. 14, 2010 is the deadline for "Advance" registration. After this date, the "Late/On-Site" fees apply.
* October 31, 2010 is the deadline for cancellation/refund request.

Visa Letters
Please note that our office will be closed on National Day Holiday, from Oct. 1st to Oct. 10th, meanwhile, the process of issuing visa support letters would be delayed. You should apply as early as possible for your visa.
ICMI-MLMI 2010 can provide official letters of invitation to persons who have fully registered for the conference and for which payment has been received. If you need an invitation letter, please return the completed particulars form by email VISA@jdl.ac.cn with "Request for ICMI-MLMI 2010 Invitation Letter" as the subject of your email. Note that a valid email address or a fax number is needed to issue an invitation letter.
