Virtual Attendees
A small number of participants have received approval from the General Chairs to present virtually. If you are among them and your paper is scheduled for an oral presentation, please follow these steps:
- Arrange a suitable substitute presenter to deliver your presentation onsite, if possible.
- If a substitute is not available, you must be prepared to present live via Zoom or a similar platform according to the local time in Canberra.
- In either case, you are also required to prerecord your presentation video (14 minutes), upload it to a repository of your choice, and share the link with us (email Program Chairs and General Chairs). This ensures that your work can still be presented in case of technical difficulties or other issues. The deadline for sharing this video link is 1st October.
If your paper is assigned to a poster session and you are attending virtually:
- Please ensure that your poster is physically displayed at the conference. If you cannot arrange this directly, please contact us and we will try to assist. Before you contact us, please make an effort to find a substitute presenter who can help print and mount your poster in the conference.
- Your poster must include a QR code linking to a 5 minute video that explains your paper.
