Thus, most countries can enter Costa Rica and stay up to 30 or 90 days (depending on your passport) without a visa. Still, there are visa requirements for citizens of some countries under certain conditions.<\/p>\n<p>If you need a consular visa, some of its requirements (such as a Police record) can take a long time to acquire. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. Please note that this is <strong>only possible for accepted authors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The information below should be included with the request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your name as it appears on your passport<\/li>\n<li>Your current postal mailing address<\/li>\n<li>The name of the conference you are registering for.\u00a0 Only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the\u00a0conference.<\/li>\n<li>Your registration confirmation number<\/li>\n<li>If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the \u201csole author\u201d or a \u201cco-author\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Authors may indicate their paper title.
