Conference and Workshops Venue

The conference will take place at Le Westin Montréal , in the heart of the beautiful and historic Old Port of Montréal near downtown, Chinatown, and other central neighborhoods. The Old Port (also called Old Montreal) is Montreal’s oldest neighborhood and one of its vibrant areas. Near the waterfront of the Saint Lawrence River, the Old Port is an incredible mixture of new and old with historical sites dating back to the early 17th century. The district offers captivating blend of European style and avant-garde creativity. With markets, historical landmarks, museums and architectural gems, there are many things to see and do in its cobblestone streets.

Conference Meetings Space

The conference rooms will be on the 9th floor of the meeting rooms block. All plenary sessions will be in the Fortifications room, including the banquet on Wednesday. The Villa-Marie (round table setup) and St-Antoine (classroom setup) will be open for people to use to attend virtual sessions (on their laptops, with headphones on). The happy hour reception on Tuesday will be held at the Reporter room on the 3rd floor.
